Mile High Morsels is a one-of-a-kind mobile charcuterie cart dedicated to providing healthy, carefully curated snack options to customers at various events and parks in Denver, CO and surrounding area. It is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Spencer and Michala Strickler. We specialize in cultivating a variety of artisanal cheeses, humanely sourced cured meats, fresh pesticide-free fruits/vegetables and gourmet pairings, all beautifully presented and easily accessible to those on the go. Both owners bring a deep passion for the food industry and many years of quality customer service. When not at food events, they can usually be found exploring Colorado with their Corgi, Dean.
